Frequently Asked Questions (Classes)
Located in Round Rock, N Austin TX. Contact me with any further questions at (512) 919-6409 (text only) or vorgiaartstudio@gmail.com
Things to know options
► All the classes are taught by me. As an active fine artist and a mother, my time is extremely limited, so please respect every moment that I share my experience and knowledge. Please arrive on time for the class and try not to miss the scheduled sessions. Try to be punctual, with classes scheduled before and after your time slot, there is no making up if you arrive late.
► Please send a snack if you know your child will be hungry or has a food allergy. I will have a fruit bowl or a healthy snack available for the times that they may need more!
► Time flies when you’re having fun! Majority of the time it’s going to seem like you’ve just arrived! Moms and Dads, please text me when you need to pick up early and I will have them ready. Otherwise, I will then bring them to the door when class is over. This helps the students not feel rushed when they’re “in the zone” creating! I would rather see quality than quantity! Technical skills is what we learn 1st year - and after that, we build and build upon those skills!
Payment options
► If you are a new customer and you submit for a new class, then you can pay through the website through Card or PayPal. But we accept cash, check or Zelle. Please inform us what is more convenient to you.
► Regarding the weekly classes, the payment is made ALWAYS before the 1st session of the month. A group text will be sent with a friendly reminder that payment is due. This is helpful for the parents! Please reply to only me if you have any questions! We have lots of working moms and dads that would rather not hear their phone ding! :)
Weekly classes
What about canceled classes?
► In case of insufficient enrollment, Vorgia Art Studio reserves the right to cancel classes. A class-cancel notification will be sent to students by email, at least one business day prior to the start of the class. Full refunds or credits (your choice) will be given when Vorgia Art Studio cancels a class due to low enrollment.
► When Vorgia Art Studio has canceled a class (for any reason), classes will be made up during the make-up week, which typically runs the week after a session ends.
► A canceled class (due to illness, inclement weather, or holiday) must be made up prior to the official closing date for the session. It is necessary to do the following: Inform Giota Vorgia by e-mail note or by phone at least 24 hours before and reschedule it for another day, otherwise, the class will be lost. Students can not reschedule more than one canceled class per course (month).
What happens if I want to stop joining the classes?
► As it is an ongoing process, in case you want to stop joining the classes, please let us know at least 2 weeks before the end of the month.
What about classes that are close or fall on holidays?
► Some classes that are close or fall on holidays will be transferred, but other times the studio will be open. I tried no matter if there are holidays, to have 4 sessions per month (except December). Please see the following calendar to have an idea of this year's schedule. Following is the RRISD 2019-20 year calendar.

Dropped class charges
► A $15 cancellation (+ card charges) fee will be charged if a class is dropped less than 2 business days before the session. There is no refund if the student doesn't show and there is no notification. No shows will NOT receive a refund or credit.
We are a group of friends and we'd like to have one-session/workshop altogether. Can you schedule a day for us?
► In case you are a group of 3 or more friends (or family) and you are interested in a specific day/time, please let me know. Possibly we can work this out!
